Through to the right is the kitchen which has fitted units but you would want to replace these pretty quickly as they have seen better days.  The stairs rise from the kitchen, there is also an external door at the foot of the stairs.  We will come back to those.

Continuing through from the kitchen you take a step down into, what is now a lounge but would perhaps be better as a bedroom as the bathroom (in decent order) is off to one side.  There is also a large pantry/utility room.

Upstairs

Rising from either the external door or kitchen the stairs take you up to 3 bedrooms, 2 large and 1 enormous as well as a lounge/kitchen.

Outside

There is a large garage and workshop attached to the property on one side.   The garden is primarily paved with some trees.  With a little thought and some sensitive fencing this could look stunning.

Future needs

This house does need modernisation but is liveable as it stands.  If it were mine I would consider making it an upside down house with living accomodation upstairs to better enjoy the commanding views.  I would add 1, possibly 2 bathrooms and redecorate throughout to end up with a stunning modern house in a sought after location for an excellent price.   It is difficult to find detached houses with land and good access for under €100,000 now. Especially this close to Arboleas town centre.
