Estate agency is a cut throat world, often about the money. We believe that it should be more about helping people through change and building communities.

Think Black labradors, that’s our approach to estate agency to helping you move to Spain.  Loyal, friendly and we love biscuits/cake. A labrador will take care of you when you are feeling down. It will celebrate with you when you have found the house of your dreams. People come and talk to labradors, tell them their stuff and go away feeling better.

We build communities by finding the right houses for people like you. Not just any house, the one that you will fall in love with and enjoy for years to come. We provide guides for what happens when as well including wellbeing support, should you need it. During the sale or purchase and afterwards too.

With charity donations given for every property listed and commission sharing if you find us houses or buyers we give back at every stage too. Got a community event coming up? We’re interested in helping out.

Having bought and sold several properties ourselves we know how to smooth the path. We know what the paperwork for Spanish houses should look like and which ones can be sorted and which ones can’t. We’ve bought into the concept of B Corp working. Where business is  about doing good rather than profit. Sure we have bills to pay and things we’d like to buy but doing business with transparency and in a community minded manner is more important to us.
