The house has a large plot to the front which is walled for privacy.  You could easily fit a plunge pool or hot tub in if you wish.  The views of the sky at night would be epic.

To one side of the house is a very large workshop and garage.  Large enough to house a car and still be a meaningful workshop or hobby room.  To the other side is an outside loo, handy for when you are enjoying the sunshine in the garden.

There is a huge conservatory/ fly free area across the whole length of the front of the property.  Very much a bringing the outdoors in but also the indoors out.  You could entertain a lot of people just inside the conservatory.

Inside

The front door leads directly into the lounge which is large and spacious.  A pellet burner is located here for the rare chilly evening along with air conditioning.  From the lounge you have access to the Master bedroom (with en suite), Kitchen or out to the inner courtyard.

The master bedroom is tucked behind the lounge in a quiet corner with direct access to the inner courtyard.  The en-suite of the master bedroom is wheelchair accessible with basin, loo and spacious wet room style shower.

Returning to the lounge we go right to the family sized kitchen which also looks out into the inner courtyard which is used as an entertaining space.   The kitchen has an island, range style cooker and a full range of modern units and granite worktops.

The dining room is far larger than in most houses and is adjacent to the kitchen.  It has plenty of space for an 8 seat table and chairs and display units too.   There is another pellet burner in here too.

On the third side of the inner courtyard is the utility room which is as big as many kitchens.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor with no steps.  2 of which have en-suites.  This is including the master bedroom.

The three other ground floor bedrooms are double sized.  There is also a small hobby room, currently used for sewing.

Top floor

Taking the stairs from the inner courtyard takes you up to the 2 bedroom annexe which has its own large roof terrace with majestic mountain views.  The rooms are all a blank canvas.   The kitchen has plumbing and electrics installed and a cooker on standby but the units need to be added.  So you get to choose them to suit your taste.

Overall

You could choose to live upstairs and rent out the four downstairs bedrooms as a B&B or use it as a themed holiday venue or retreat, subject to the necessary permissions.  It would also be great for a multi generational family living together or for a young person who wants their own space yet also wants to stay within the family unit.

Urcal has a school, 2 bars, a pharmacy and a mini market within a 5 minute walk of the house.   The larger market town of Huercal Overa has everything you need from large supermarkets to library to sports centres and a large hospital.
