Urracal is a traditional Spanish village which now includes many nationalities.  It is arranged around the main square which has a pharmacy, bar and town hall on it.  The village also has other bars and a restaurant and a sports centre.

Ideally situated for countryside lovers as there are mountains on the doorstep and a via verde (its flat(ish) which goes all the way to Baza in oe direction and Huercal Overa in the other.  There are many quiet roads and tracks for cycling, walking, running etc.  The main intra town dual carriageway is just a couple of km away too.

The house itself is part cave which makes it ideal for storing your wine collection and for maintaining the temperature to c 20 degrees C year around.

Ground floor

Enter the house from the street via the front door.  The stairs go up to the left.  Step through the hallway to the living room with an open fireplace at one end and a kitchen at the other.  This area could do with modernisation.

From there go into the cave section to find a large double bedroom, storage room, bathroom and large storage bodega.

Middle floor

On the middle floor you have 4 large and modern bedrooms.   There is air conditioning to heat or cool to suit the season.   There is also a large family bathroom.  This floor is in good condition.

Top floor

The upper floor is currently a large laundry room with another large room to one side with a sloping room.  It would make a great kitchen/diner with snug or playroom.   There is another bathroom which needs the basin to be reinstalled.

The access to the roof terrace is from the laundry room – imagine double doors wit glass leading out onto the very large terrace.   The views to the mountains around are truly spectacular, whether the sky is blue or in a storm.   The room terrace has a roof to give shade in the Summer and would be a fabulous entertaining space.
